Le Plaisir Hair and Beauty Salon Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Introduction:

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns and refunds for products purchased on Le Plaisir website (“Website”) . By making a purchase on our Website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Definitions:

  • “You” refers to the person who made a purchase on our website.
  • “Product” refers to any physical item or merchandise available for purchase on our website.
  • “Return” refers to the process of sending back a purchased Product for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
  • “Refund” refers to the reimbursement of the purchase price for a returned Product.

3. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

Le Plaisir offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible Products. To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The Product must be unused, unopened, and free from any signs of use or damage.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • The following Products are not eligible for returns or refunds:
  • – Gift Vouchers
  • – Products purchased at a discounted/ sale price

4. Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Le Plaisir reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

5. Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned Product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the Product is approved for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds may take up to a few days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on the payment method and financial institution.

6. Exchanges (if applicable):

If you need to exchange your product for a different product, please send us an email to aniko@leplaisir.co.nz. If you accidentally purchased the wrong product you will need to send the original purchase back to us at your own expense. Once the returned product is inspected, we will be in contact with you regarding price difference if any. If you are required to pay any difference, we will email you with the cost including shipping. Once payment has been received your products will be shipped.  Please mail your products to:
