Le Plaisir Hair and Beauty Salon Cancellation Policy
1. 24-Hour Notice:
We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment and helps us maintain a smooth schedule.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice or clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation Fees:
For hair and beauty appointments with less than 24hrs notice: A fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged for late cancellations and no-shows.
4. Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we will be happy to accommodate your request without any cancellation fees.
5. Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a legitimate emergency that prevents you from providing 24 hours’ notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
6. Confirmation Calls and Reminders:
To help you keep track of your appointments, we provide confirmations and reminders via text messages. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
7. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling our salon during business hours. If you need to cancel outside of business hours, you can leave a voicemail or send an email to info@leplaisir.co.nz or contact us on social media. Multiple appointments booked but only part of the entire booking is carried out at your request is considered as late cancellation , therefore the 24hrs cancellation policy applies.
